摘要：
The cities and public services strategies enhance the production of participatory urban environments for their citizens. The objective is to analyze the strategies and urban public services that use information technology resources and relationships with the strategic digital city subprojects. The research methodology emphasized the study of multiple cases in 2 cities in Parana, Brazil. The results showed that each city sought to highlight themes that coincide with the development provided by its locations. The conclusion reiterates that there is a commitment to comply with the strategies established in plans and institutional documents applying information technology resources to improve urban management and the citizens quality of life in both cities.
