摘要
We have developed the N8370 next-generation ATM (New Banking ATM (NBA)) from the standpoint that Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are one of banking's important customer management channels that give financial institutions greater options in customer relations. In this development, which encompasses both hardware and software, our goal has been to create a user-friendly interface that allows financial institutions to offer a wider range of services. New multimedia-focused technology has enabled us to realize this goal, and we have given the N8370 a universal interface that delivers high-level user customization flexibility. By developing four models simultaneously, we have ensured that we can offer customers a choice to suit their ATM installation environments and intended use (Fig. 1). Our choice of Windows NT+ as the operating system gives the four NBAs the same software platform as our N8333 (New Banking Terminal (NBT)), which has already won the widespread trust of users. This common foundation further promotes NEA reliability and application development efficiency.
