摘要：
The paper mainly employs statistics from the 1999-2011 yearbook of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Human capital in economic growth contribution is measured through the establishment of human capital externality model. Correlation between elements concerned is analyzed by software. Results show that economic growth in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps depends on the material capital and labor factor, while human capital devotes little.
