摘要
Using non-parametric DEA-Malmquist index method, and according to the quantitative analysis of the economic statistics of each division of Xinjiang production and construction corps (hereinafter referred to as the XPCC) from 1990 to 2007, this paper estimates the total factor productivity (hereinafter referred to as TFP) of the XPCC, and analyzes it from the perspectives of both time and space. The analysis shows that TFP is in a downward trend in recent years, and the important role that technical progress is playing in economic development should be further reflected and developed. This paper uses gray relation analysis to analyze TFP and its influencing factors. The result shows that education investment, human capital input, science and technology investment, industrial structure, property right structure, foreign capital reliance and trade dependency influence TFP remarkably. Therein to, property right structure and education investment influence the most.
