摘要
This article is facing the problem of equipment of operating coordination in a flexible production system consisting of various subsystems, including robots, assembly machines, CNC lathes and inspection table. There are two main problems in these systems. The first is to control each subsystem individually considering their own sensors, actuators and specialized controller to perform a particular sequence of activities. Because of its experience and logic / or application of formal methods programmable controller (PLC) and professional equipment manufacturers develop efficient and insurance solutions to solve this problem. The second problem is coordinating the simultaneous operation of these subsystems in order to produce what is required to efficiently and ensure the integrity and system security. Supervisory Control Theory (SCT) is particularly suitable for this problem.
