摘要
A yeast isolate (Z-BR-16) was screened from banana fruit, and was tested for antagonistic activity against banana Anthracnose (Colletotrichum musae) of banana fruit in bean sprout juice agar (BSJDA) medium. In order to further research characteristic of the yeast isolate (Z-BR-16), the isolate (Z-BR-16) was identified through morphological, physiological and biochemical, molecular biological methods. The results showed that the cells of isolate (Z-BR-16) were round or oval, multilateral budding, usually pseudohyphal really little or no mycelium, each ascus has 1 to 4 hat-shaped or Saturn-shaped spores. So the isolate (Z-BR-16) was preliminarily identified as Pichia anomala. At the same time, the rDNA-ITS sequence of isolate (Z-BR-16) was analyzed, and the result showed that the sequence max ident of the isolate (Z-BR-16) was 100% compared with the Pichia anomala. Therefore, the isolate (Z-BR-16) was confirmed to Pichia anomala.
