A Qualitative Research on Technological Innovation Behavior of the High-End Talents

摘要
At present, the high-end talents are playing a key role in technology innovative activity in the important transition period from "made in China" to "created in China". This study focus on the high-end talents' innovation behavior, aim to identify and clarify the related factors and mechanisms based on qualitative research methodology, from the view of management, sociology, psychology theories and through in-depth interviews and case study. A conceptual model of factors that affect the innovation behavior of high-end talents is built. And the result of qualitative research shows that the factors are classified in main and mediate effect group.
