摘要
Smart product-service systems (Smart PSS) concentrates on achieving an ever-evolving value-co-creation system with user participation throughout the whole product lifecycle, especially during the usage stage. Due to the fast and frequent change of the usage scenarios, the Smart PSS providers are expected to upgrade/change their product-service bundles accordingly. Facing the challenge, this paper proposes a Smart PSS configuration method via hypergraph model. The proposed method can offer suggestions on selecting the proper solution bundles by considering both the requirement attributes and usage scenario information simultaneously, hence making the Smart PSS compatible with complex situations readily.
