摘要：
Problems of determination of individual differences in medical diagnostic thinking are considered. It was shown, that differences are professionally stable and steady, when are determined only by subject's peculiarities. The objective determination is depended upon the specific character of diagnostic problems. So the interrelation of stable and variable components of diagnostic thinking is changeable.
