摘要
The coal mine explosion-proof electric vehicle (EV) is of many advantages, such as zero emissions, not consuming oxygen, low noise and low gas explosion probability, so it will improve the working environment in the coal mine a lot. The battery system is one of the most important components of the coal mine EV. Firstly, this paper discusses the theoretical basis for the development of the coal mine EV battery system; then it introduces the design of the components of the battery system, which consists of the explosion-proof structure design of the lithium-battery box, the development of the battery management system, the design of the battery electrical system; finally it gives out the experiments results of the battery system on the motor dynamometer test bench and the real road test results on board the coal mine EV. The test results proof that the performance of the battery system meets the power requirements of the coal mine EV.
