摘要
The accelerated crucible rotation technique (ACRT) is an effective way to increase mixing in the solution zone in travelling heater method (THM) growth and to obtain higher growth rate limits. In this paper, detailed numerical calculations of the combined thermally driven and forced convection during THM growth of CdTe from a Te-rich solution are presented. The effects of various parameters of ACRT on the mixing are considered and a possible optimum cycle for high growth rate limits is given.
