摘要
The transportation facility of a country is one of the major factors which influences the citizen's day-to-day life. The use of conventional vehicles increases the emission of poisonous gas into the atmosphere, which adversely affects nature. This makes a huge interest in Electric Vehicles (EVs) and their demand is increasing tremendously. As compared to fuel based vehicles, EVs have better road handling capacity, better stability control, and torque top up capability. Also, its operation is very clean, silent, and pollution free. This paper focuses on the market analysis of electric vehicles, their trends in traction motor type, and drive train controller type. The paper also discusses the future trends in the electric vehicles.
