摘要
On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of logistics service, this paper discusses the influence of performance evaluation index of logistics service based on SCM, which include logistics service quality, response speed, reliability, flexibility and cost. Then the paper give the performance evaluation mode of logistics service based on SCM, such as the principle of performance appraisal of third party logistics enterprises, performance appraisal index system of third party logistics enterprises, exterior achievements weight aspect, and carries on the single factor appraisal, establishes fuzzy relationship matrix, and analyses fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation result vector.
