摘要
The crystallogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis, which is immobile and does not form flagella, was found in the permafrost of Magadan oblast. In the isolated culture of the bacteria, crystals were not separated from the spore. These bacteria were detected in 80% of the soil samples. The number of bacteria reached 4 x 10(3) cfu/g of dry soil. The soil bacteria formed friable colonies. Long chains of many hundreds of cells with spores and crystals were presented. The result of the electropherogram SDS-PAAG showed that proteins with different molecular weights from 120, 80, 45, 43, 40, to 18 kDa predominated.
