摘要
Ontology method has become an important method in computer science, and it has been used in many domains, such as semantic web, search engine and knowledge management. Ontology plays an important role in semantic retrieval and reasoning because its specification, good concept hierarchy and its support for logical reasoning. Under which this paper designs a semantic retrieval and reasoning system for high-speed railway based on ontology and also provides A method to measure the semantic similarities between retrieval words and literature with the help of the domain ontologies. The developed system consists of four main components: ontologies building, formal processing, semantic retrieval and reasoning, user interface. The experimental results show that the developed semantic retrieval system can reach the satisfied recall and precision.
