摘要
The study aims to show that the 2019 labor reform is the corollary of a process that had been brewing since the eighties of the twentieth century, representing the darker side of legislative change by bringing about various serious social problems. It is proposed that, under this organization, education in general, and university education, has ceased to be considered a social and public good that had as one of its essential functions to contribute to guarantee egalitarianism and social mobility, cultural formation, and the exercise of a democratic and intelligent citizenship, participatory and interested in the problems of public life. On the contrary, it is seen as an investment in human capital, aimed at achieving individual success in the labor market, which, in turn, is determined by f "lexibility " and precariousness.
