摘要
The comfort of the lift installations is measured using various parameters, among which car vibrations are very important. These vibrations have both horizontal and vertical components. The horizontal components are induced principally by the lack of straightness in the guidance system. The article describes a theoretical-experimental procedure that allows the influence that deformations of the guides have in said vibrations to be known. The procedure has three principal parts: A guide deformation measurement system using dedicated software and sensors; a dynamical model of the lift that allows the in-car accelerations to be simulated based on experimental measurements of the guide deformations; and a system of in-car vibration measurement according to the ISO 18378 standard relating to comfort in lifts. By means of these elements the in-car vibrations can be obtained by a double route, simulated and experimental; which has allowed correlations to be drawn between both methods.
