摘要
Effects of contents of boron and carbon on microstructure and mechanical properties of Ni3Al-base single crystal alloy IC6SX after long-term aging at 1070 degrees C were investigated. It was found that, stress rupture life of samples with lower contents of boron and carbon was longer than that of higher contents of boron and carbon prior to long-term aging, but decreased much faster after aging at 1070 degrees C. Microstructure of samples with higher contents of boron and carbon after standard heat treatment contained bulky gamma' and borides besides gamma'+gamma and less carbides and Y-NiMo phases precipitated after aging at 1070 degrees C.(C) 2011 Published Elsevier Ltd.
