Educational Leadership Competencies in School Practice

To achieve a qualitative mastery of general knowledge and skills, including courses in the natural sciences, environmental sciences and mathematics, by improving the school's curriculum, teaching methods and evaluation system of pupils achievement in primary and secondary school; to improve whole system of educational quality many school leaders and teachers sometimes act as more central administrative representatives focusing their work on bureaucratic and management functions. Of course, they are asked and pressed to work in this way, but we believe that leadership is really significant in order to promote the school effectiveness and quality and to conduce educational institution to better face the wide range of changes. The author examines school leaders practice concerning the structure and content of educational leadership competence.
