A Study on the Efficient Transformation of Tacit Knowledge in Enterprise Technology Transfer

摘要
Technology transfer is a complex and systematic subject. A large amount of tacit knowledge trans formation is involved in the process of technology transfer. While tacit knowledge is increasingly becoming the strategic resource of enterprises nowadays, the performance and success of technology transfer mainly depend on the degree of tacit knowledge trans format ion between two enterprises. This paper proposes an IDA-SECI model of tacit knowledge transformation and innovation in technology transfer based on SECI model from the angle of connotation, classification and characteristics of enterprises' tacit knowledge. It also elaborates the conditions, restricted factors and approach selection issues for an efficient trans format ion of enterprises' tacit knowledge in technology transfer. The mechanism of risk control for leakage of core knowledge in technology transfer is discussed finally.
