摘要
The Device Remote Monitoring System (DRMS) based on network is designed and implemented in order to integrate the decision making level, the monitoring level and the field level together effectively, whose architecture is the hierarchical control architecture including three layers: low-layer, mid-layer and upper-layer. The low-layer is the multimedia fieldbus system (MFS), the mid-layer is the client/server network system (C/SNS) on PSTN and Intranet, and the upper-layer is the decision making network system (DMNS) on Internet. The image processing strategy in MFS and the bandwidth allocation strategy between MFS and C/SNS have been proposed in this paper to ensure the real time, the availability, and the reliability for DRMS. DRMS Vol. 1.1 has been successfully applied in practice, and results showed that this system can operate in real time with complete functions, high reliability, high migration, high expansibility and low cost. It is expected that this system has good application prospect in industry.
