摘要：
Talent cluster effect is a comprehensive function of evaluating indexes and influence factors, and a scientific evaluation of it is the premise to choose the right talent development strategy. This paper sets up an evaluation index system of the talent cluster effect from the following 10 aspects: cluster scale, talent structure, talent flow, growth of talents, virtual talents, use of talents, talent innovation, talent linkage, talent attraction, and satisfaction of talents. It is of great significance in guiding talent development in industrial agglomeration areas.
