摘要
Coal industry plays very important role in the healthy development of economy. It has its own specialness in the process of development, for example, the efficient use of coal recourses has great importance to its existence and to the sustainable development of the whole world. This paper analyses the influence factors of coal enterprise competition strategy, based on which the paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of the coal enterprise competition strategy, and puts forward the method to evaluate the performance, namely, we determine index weight using entropy method and evaluate the performance using the method of principal component projection. We look forward to using what we did to provide the guidance and reference for improving the competitive and performance level of coal enterprises. At the end of the paper some suggestions have been put forward including the way to green development.
