摘要
Wind power can provide pollution free power, and occupies a considerable proportion in power grid, but because the wind speed and wind direction is changing, its operating conditions and the safety and reliability of the entire power grid is directly related. With the continuous improvement of the capacity of wind farms, the impact on the grid will become more and inure obvious, reliable wind power grid control technology research becomes necessary. This paper studies the characteristics of decentralized wind power plant electrical system. Due to the small number of wind turbines and the lack of power distribution, the integrated design of wind turbine system is difficult to realize. Through the design of integrated control system, centralized control to achieve decentralized wind turbine operation. Based on the characteristics of decentralized power plant, decentralized wind power plant is directly connected with the power grid, the wind turbine is running independently, without centralized power flow control, distributed wind farm integrated control system design.
