摘要：
A new mould of large dimensions has been developed to study the drying-wetting paths of coarse soils. Validation tests have been performed on sand-silt mixtures in different proportions. The results of Standard Proctor compaction tests and drying-wetting paths from the Optimum are presented here; they highlight the role of the percentage of fines when w(L) < 20.
