摘要
In this paper customer satisfaction indices models are introduced briefly Based on ACSI model, a new customer satisfaction indices model for products' evaluation is built Moreover, the model is fitted by using the investigation data of a brand of women's shoe, and the results are evaluated and compared with the ones of ACSI model.
