摘要
The development of network brings convenience and shortcut to people's daily life, and brings new development model to education and teaching. How do the learners use and accept such a large number of OERs? In this paper, we use a questionnaire to collect Data. We shown the application of OER in Chinese colleges through investigation and data analysis. It is from the aspects of the resource types, access and so on. we made a new UTAUT model. It shown the major factors that influence the uses of this new educational information technology. It based on the theory of IT/IS Individual acceptance. Then the advice is that we should lay emphasis on the construction of high-quality resources, dispose the copyright and expenses as well as the promotion of OER. We hope the conclusions will help for the development of OER.
