摘要：

The safe development of e-commerce more needs the legal environment that adapts to it, besides necessary technical support and good economic atmosphere. E-commerce involves many legal issues, in which the building of the laws and regulations on the security of e-commerce is extremely crucial and urgent. This paper lays a strong emphasis on the analysis of the security requirement of c-commerce and the necessity of establishing and perfecting the legal guarantee system and puts forward the legal framework that guarantees the security of the development of e-commerce in the country.
