摘要
The domestic and foreign research perspectives on the performance of listed companies are diversified and widespread, as the scholars study on some factors which affect performance of the company in different angles, and also achieve fruitful results. In recent years, the proportion of female executives is gradually rising in the whole world. Authoritative data show that female directors or executives of listed companies have accounted for more than one half of the whole members recently in China, this proportion is higher in developed countries besides, so the phenomena that women be in a part of senior corporate participators in decision-making in more and more enterprises has become a trend nowadays. Many scholars start to study the performance of the company in the gender perspective, and their research conclusions are summarized in this paper for providing subsequent research scholars with some useful references.
