摘要
Cloud service providers must ensure effective planning and providing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) service models based on the data center IT infrastructure. The quality of decision making in the cloud service management depends on the completeness and reliability of the monitoring data and the evaluation of the service level by the user. In this paper, the method of metrics aggregation is proposed to evaluate the quality of cloud services. The method is based on building membership function and fuzzy rules based on training samples. The method allows to assess subjective user satisfaction in obtaining services of the cloud service providers according IaaS, PaaS, SaaS service models.
