Interactive activities as a learning tool in financial mathematics teaching

摘要
Economics is a very useful science included not only in related bachelor' degrees but also in a large part of engineering programs offered by universities. This is due to its applicability to projects planning and subsequent assessment. This study analyses the effect of the application of interactive activities in the knowledge acquisition process related to financial mathematics employed in the valuation of investments. For a group of students of Bachelor's Degree in Agrifood and Rural Engineering taught in the Universitat Jaume I, we show that the application of these activities in the classroom improves the potential learning of students.
