摘要
The on-line monitoring and health diagnosis for the key equipment such as gear rotors, motors and fanner of a large-scale mill, the damage arising suddenly can be prevented. It is necessary to measure on-line vibrating acceleration, rotational speed and temperature, as will as to complete picking-up, amplifying, filtering, sampling, processing and data-transferring, and alarm immediately when the abnormal phenomena of these key equipment be presented and the damage will be happen. In this paper, research and design of the on-line monitoring and damage diagnosis system for a large-scale mill are introduced from the point of the equipment's character, the monitoring, the principle and the hardware and software of monitoring and diagnosis system..
