摘要：
The incidence of venous thrombo-embotic events after cancer surgery remains high. Their prevention is based on early mobilization and walking combined with heparin at a preventive dosing and for a tong time (4 weeks). Dalteparin and enoxaparin, two low-molecular-weight heparins, are fist-tine treatment due to their efficacy, safety and maniability. (C) 2009 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
