摘要:
Fabry's Disease is an unusual, x-linked ''metabolic storage disease'' in which enzyme deficiency leads to accumulation of the metabolic degradation product Ceramide in Lysosomes. Kidneys, eyes and skin are usually affected. Clinical lymph node involvement is unusual. We describe a case in which inguinal lymph nodes were involved with Fabry's disease following renal transplantation. The use of electron microscopy in the diagnosis is described.
