摘要
Currently, together with the main declarations and conventions of the International Labor Organization, there are more than 40 instruments aimed at Occupational Health and Safety that involve minimum standards and professional ethics. It is proposed to identify the regulations required by the development of occupational health and safety and the ethical problems that are linked to these regulations. An exploratory systematic review was carried out under the historical-documentary approaches, where 358 documents were found and 31 documents were selected through the inclusion and exclusion criteria, variables and content analysis. 24 documents issued by the International Labor Organization, World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization regarding safety and health and welfare of workers and 7 articles by several researchers regarding professional ethics were obtained in Occupational Health and Safety. The importance of analyzing from the bio-right the existing ethical problems and the values involved of both the worker and the employer, and giving warning to the public authority and the professional entities the gaps in the regulations and thus giving continuous improvement to the legal regulations is concluded.
