Hybrid edge element method in 3D eddy current calculation

摘要
A total H hybrid finite element-boundary element method in 3D eddy current calculation is discussed. FEM is used in eddy current region and BEM in eddy free region. Magnetic field intensity H is the only physical quantity in both regions. Linear boundary edge element discretization of H on the interface of the eddy current region and eddy free region is necessary to couple the BE region with FE region effectively. The main properties of this method are that it call avoid the multiply connected region problems and avoid the resource to any vector or scalar potentials. Pome numerical results obtained by the proposed method are presented to verify its validation.
