ANALYSIS OF THE PREFERENCE OF STYLES OF THE PERSONNEL AT THE LEVEL OF DIRECT LEADERSHIP IN THE ARMY OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC

摘要
Style of command is overall concept of performance of commander which manifest in all aspect of his activity. It presents stable way and individual prefer system of forms, methods and resources which commander uses in process of accepting decision and his realization then unit gain objective sets. Style of leadership is not set up in one way, but it is subject to certain changes depending on the development of the personality of the commander and the subordinates and the changes in the external circumstances. The context of article is focused on finding out preference of style of leaders on direct leadership in Army of the Czech Republic. In part of research investigation was used method of quantitative research by using the standardized questionnaire research technique. This is a test of four types of leadership negotiation based on the GRID system, where one axis records the leader's orientation to people, and the other displays task orientation. The output of the used method describes and discusses preferred leadership styles for individual respondents. The research team consisted of a total 97 officers, participants in a career course of senior officers who are ranked among the leading leaders at the level of direct leadership. The results are discussed in the context of the subordinate management style of the Ministry of Defense.
