摘要
This article evaluates the effectiveness of solar panels in the Russian Federation. The authors study two types of photovoltaic panels: thin-film and crystal one. For evaluation, the authors use statistical data collected from solar photovoltaic panels located in various coasts of Russian Federation: Astrakhan, Vladivostok, Gorno-Altaisk, Makhachkala, Saint-Petersburg, Ufa USATU, Yakutsk. The results are based on the PVP monitoring during one year. Economically, the results show that, in comparison with the given Russian regions, the electric power generated by the PVP in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan has a high relative cost per a unit of generated energy.
