摘要
This paper includes a concept, design and implementation of the WEB-based intelligence and monitoring Crime Free Program Notification System (CFPNS). The ultimate goal of the CFPNS is to produce automatic and customized notifications and reports, alerting multi-housing property managers and police supervisors of any historical and predicted criminal behavior. This system could be considered the second phase of a Group Detection and Activity Prediction System (GDAPS), which had been proposed by authors. As a first stage of this concept, Phoenix Police Department Reports System (PPDR) is currently in operation. CFPNS includes the most populated residential rental properties in the City, which usually have high criminal activity levels, targeted to prevent criminal activities. The system is scalable, reliable, portable and secured. Performance is supported on all system levels using statistical models, a variety of effective software designs, statistical processing and heterogeneous databases /data storage access and utilization.
