摘要
The ways of financing in real estate enterprises are usually limited. They over-depend on the loan from bank, which limits the development of both real estate enterprises and banks. In this paper, the cost, risk and policy limitation for various ways of financing in real estate enterprises are analyzed. Combined with the developing period of real estate enterprise, the founding of diversified financing system in its preparing period, producing period and marketing period are illustrated.
