A research human resource problems and management innovation of the airlines in China

摘要
There are some problems of human resource management in the Chinese airlines, such as lack of human resource strategic plans, unreasonable human resource structure, lower personnel overall qualities, unsubstantial basic task of human resource, and ineffective personnel incentive mechanism. To these problems, the tactics of human resource innovation are probed in this paper, which include pursuing human resource management strategy, optimizing the human resource structure, raising human resource development level, strengthening position classification and job analysis, improving personnel incentive mechanisms, so as to promote the benign cycle and sustainable development of the airlines.
