摘要
Building envelops retrofit, heating network (primary and secondary network) optimization and heat source efficiency improvement should be considered comprehensively in northern existing residential building retrofit. This paper present the existing residential building retrofit project subsidized by Global Environmental Fund/World Bank in Baotou, inner Mongolia and retrofit scheme though considering the three factors above ,analyzing and comparing the payback period and energy saving. The regression equation was given in the paper after the simulation on the residential building and test. By analyzing the equation we conclude that heating secondary network optimization is the priory selection in this project due to the large heat loss though heating network and low heat transfer efficiency. By contrast, the basis of building envelop is better and the potential of energy conservation is limited to reach the standard requirements. This project belongs to China Heating Reform and Building Energy Efficiency Project, which has a relatively completed test data and provided a good example to the northern existing residential building retrofit in the further.
