A complex evaluation of the education quality of university graduates

摘要
The paper presents the problem of university education activity design in so far as the required training quality is achieved. Education quality is considered as a system-forming factor of the state education policy. The problem of education quality is studied from the point of view of the educational social value. The most important indexes of education quality are determined and their detailed description is given. The interconnection and priorities of the training quality indexes are defined. The most effective evaluation methods of the separate characteristics of education quality, as well as education quality as a whole, are viewed in this paper. A system of education quality control and management at the university and its divisions is proposed. The role of students' individual study is shown. Some questions of liberal education relevance directed to meeting individual needs are discussed and possibilities of training quality evaluation are estimated. Some practical results of engineers' and production managers' training quality improvement are discussed. The factual material shows that complex evaluation of specialist quality training seems to be the most objective when considering the engineer's professional competence.
