摘要：

Cost control is an important part of modern enterprise management. It is the direction and basis of enterprise decision-making and the goals of strategic direction of development. This paper analyzes the cost classification of the real estate industry in China and optimizes the cost decision according to the Earned Value method. The Phoenix Country Project in Nanjing Country Garden is an example to use the earned value method combining the project characteristics. According to the result of cost analysis, the enterprise cost strategy of the Phoenix Country Project in Nanjing Country Garden is optimized.
