摘要：
It shows the wikis contribution considering knowledge management in the organizations. Thus, it shows the wikis concepts and characteristics in order to analyze how they can support the processes connected to knowledge. As a model of collaborative tool the Media-wiki software is used. It can be concluded that, the wikis enables a new possibility to deal knowledge in the organizations offering an easy and complete way to support the processes of identifying, capturing, creating, sharing, using and storing.
