摘要
This paper analyzed various factors which impact technological innovation capacity, proposed a structural equation model of it, researched the innovation survey data of more than 100 enterprises of Shandong province by AMOS, and reached following conclusions: the technological innovation capability would be influenced by corporate culture indirectly and industry university-research management and the application of innovation methods directly, and the ability of sustainable development should be paid more focus on by enterprises.
