摘要：
Endogenous Klebsiella endoplithalmitis is known to occur in adults with suppurative liver disease, diabetes, or urinary tract infections! To our knowledge, endogenous Klebsiella endophthalmitis has not been reported in neonates. We report one case of unilateral endogenous endoplithalmitis presumed to be secondary to Klebsiella pneumonia sepsis in a premature infant. This diagnosis should be considered when caring for septic premature infants with leukocoria in neonatal intensive care units.
