European and American policies for mobile commerce market adoption

摘要
This paper highlights differences between European and American approaches to market adoption of mobile commerce by comparing a total of twelve variables. Based on these 12 variables, Europe appears to take the lead although from a business angle the underlying structural factors might favor the US side rather than the European industry.
