摘要：
The creation of the Hudson valley transportation management center in Hawthone, New York is discussed. A unique partnership of government agencies and private companies makes the Hudson valley TMC a reality. The stakeholders of the Hudson valley developed a partnership and a plan to integrate ITSs to increase the existing highways' efficiency. The Hudson valley ITS has four main components such as TMS, Field data network, Communication infrastructure linking the TMC and Field data network and the traveller ATMS software.
