Molecular Dynamics as Studied by Laser Correlation Spectroscopy

摘要
Study of dynamics of molecules, molecular complexes and other particles by means of laser correlation spectroscopy is considered. Measurements of particles diffusion coefficients in strongly polydisperse solutions are described. To determine the rotation diffusion coefficients and shapes of molecules the depolarization laser correlation spectroscopy is suggested. Experimental studies of conformational reorganization of molecules are considered. The developed algorithm for processing of experimental data allowed us to investigate polydisperse multicomponent solutions, to calculate sizes and diffusion coefficients of particles and to analyze the shape of non-spherical molecular aggregates.
